This home currently provides Smart TV's for streaming services only. There is NO CABLE service at this time. GOLF CART PROVIDED WITH YOUR STAY!! You will need to provide us with the driver's license and car insurance of the guest who books this reservation. This information is needed before you arrive and at our office when you sign out the golf cart key. The driver must be at least 25 year old. Everything is so close here , too - the neighborhood pool is just a few houses away, the beach is two blocks to the south and dozens of entertainment options including shops, restaurants and golf courses are within a mile’s radius. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
