The Garden House in Impington, Cambridge

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park. The space The Garden House is situated in a quiet residential road in Impington, on the northern edge of Cambridge. The high ceilings, spacious main rooms and peaceful setting create a feeling of calm and seclusion. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas range hob/cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Essential provisions can be found in the fridge and cupboards, along with a welcome bottle of wine! The main bedroom has a King-size bed, whilst a single bed or twin beds can be offered in the second bedroom. Duvets are anti-allergen; extra blankets, pillows and towels are also provided. There is a clothes rail, chest of drawers, shelving and peg rails with hangers for your clothes. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, instant hot water and heated towel rail. The house has 4 zones of underfloor heating so you can regulate the temperature to your liking. We also have a woodburning stove for cozy nights. The house is equipped with superfast fibre broadband wi-fi and HD Freeview TV and there are novels and art books for you to peruse along with information on things to do and see in Cambridge and the local area. We are a family of four, who have lived here for 16 years, so have a good knowledge of all the local restaurants and pubs. We are also keen walkers and cyclists and will be happy to suggest places to see and visit. We have an especial interest in art and cinema. Vanessa speaks good French. Guest Access The house comes with a patio, garden and parking for 2 cars. Inside the outbuilding you will find garden furniture, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and 2 adult bikes.
