This beautiful house is in a residential condominium with swimming pool, just minutes from the center of Lencois on foot, with everything you need.

 Living room with sofa, dining table, balcony with hammock, kitchen with utensils, stove, refrigerator and washing machine.

 On the second floor, two suites with 2 box beds (turned 1 double) each, and a double inflatable air mattress.

 The house has air conditioner in the rooms, WiFi and 1 parking space. Guest access the Guest will enjoy the entire house with 1 private space, and the premises of the condominium, always respecting the rules of the space. Other things to note At check-in (as of 3 p.m.) you will receive the house keys and the gate remote. Please leave on the table at check out (until 11am). Our cleaning team will then be in to prepare the home for the next guest. Bath towels are for house and pool use. Please do not take to the tours. Smoking is not allowed inside the house Avoid loud sound in respect of other residents The pool is available to other residents and guests only It is not allowed to enter third parties in the house or the common area of the condominium.
