Welcome to your family vacation in our modern equipped two-room apartment with large south-facing balcony, elevator, underground parking and contact persons on site. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a large south-facing balcony, an elevator directly from the underground car park is available. The apartment (52sqm) offers a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area. On a sofa bed (140 x 200) in the living area can accommodate 2 more people. An additional folding bed (90 x 200) is available. The kitchen contains dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The bedroom is equipped with a bed (180 x 200) and offers ample storage space and a wardrobe. Vacuum cleaners, irons, hairdryers and drying racks are also provided. Important: Clean pillows (80 x 80) and duvets (135 x 200) are available several times. Duvet covers as well as hand and tea towels must be brought along. Guest access Ramp and elevator: Access to the apartment is also easily accessible to guests, with limited mobility. Other things to note Guest card: A guest fee is collected in the municipality of Butjadingen to support tourist facilities and services in the resort. When handing over the keys, you will receive a guest card with many discounts on site, e.g.: 15% discount on all tickets for the Aqua Mundo adventure pool of the Center Parcs North Sea Coast.
