Fully fenced 6 acre property with 5 houses (3 Airbnb's). The Cottage is located next door to my house and one other Airbnb. The dirt road is long and bumpy and you may have to cross a shallow creek. All cars can make the drive. Shared areas include , Archery, Tetherball, darts , bb guns, Trampoline,, and Treehouse. Welcome to harvest any fruits, veggies, or flowers growing in the garden or greenhouse. Roosters will crow throughout day and sometimes at night. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or keep fan running for whitenoise. I usually have firewood for firepit. Bring charcoal if you're BBQing, I usually have lighter fluid around. Because of natural and farm setting there is going to be dirt, dust, insects, cobwebs, bees, leaves, animal dung, mud, etc around. Everyone is cool and friendly. You'll have privacy during your stay but may see other guests on the property. My wife, daughter and I are usually doing chores and taking care of animals. We'll be around if you have any questions or want a tour of the property. All smoking is Cool outside and on the patio. Wedding area available for additional details message me.
