The space The screened in porch is the go to place where everyone wants to be. On the corner of the street you get to see all the goings on in the neighborhood. Lots of regulars in this neighborhood. Pillows and blankets are provided. You bring your own linens, including towels and bathmats and kitchen towels. I provide all cookware, dishes and utensils. Note- 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs where it is not climate controlled. It will be hot in the daytime but cooler once the sun goes down. It is comfortable for sleeping. Guest access You get 1/2 of this spacious duplex, including a back yard with grill, table, and clothesline. As a duplex, there may be times when you can hear others; but most renters are very considerate of others. Other things to note The area has plenty of restaurants and nightlife as well as the well known Ogunquit Playhouse.
