Description
The casita is a great getaway. . . a country retreat. It is great for wine-lovers, music festival goers, eco-tourists, writers, painters, hikers, bikers, skiers and romantics. This 3 1/2 acre property is on the Colorado River and has 2 streams. The space Located on the Colorado River with 2 streams behind the house so nature loom large here and at night the Milky Way is yours to view. The casita is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an outdoor sun porch. There is a storage room for bikes. There is absolutely no smoking (of any kind!) on the property, both inside or outside. No sleeping is allowed on the couch. A roll away bed is available for $40/night. Guest access Guests will have full use of the trails on the property. One trail goes down to the Colorado River. They will also have a full kitchen. Other things to note Due to the natural surroundings and high fire danger on the property, we do not allow any open flames. This includes camp fires, grills, smoking, candles, fireworks, etc. There is a CD player w/ iPod dock. There is a TV but only with limited channels. I require a 2 night minimum stay. Wireless internet is provided. Century Link is the provider and the speeds are: 7.5 Mbps Download, .75Mbps Upload, 31ms Ping. This seems to work well for most people, however may not be considered "high speed" for some. The Casita is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting the reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
