This cozy 260 sq. ft second-level unit features an offset view of the river—offering a seamless connection to nature along with the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, microwave, portable single-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker—with complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar to start your mornings off right. For your convenience, laundry is available on site in the amenities building next to the Riverside patio. Guests have full access to the scenic riverside and a shared patio area just steps away. The patio is outfitted with a propane fireplace, charcoal grill, and plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just one block away is Redstone Park, home to seasonal music festivals, community gatherings, and events. The general store, spa, art center, shops, and a variety of outdoor activities—including horseback riding, paddle boarding, fly fishing, and hiking—are all within easy walking distance. Whether you're into skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, jeeping, biking, or simply soaking in the mountain charm, our studio offers the ideal home base for your Redstone getaway. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE IN THE REDSTONE AREA.
