Newly renovated chalet home minutes from village of lake George and Bolton landing. Pet friendly, please include your animal at check out. This house is located in diamond point. Close to many restaurants, boat launches, and shops. There’s access to a shared beach within the neighborhood. 4 bedrooms. 1 king size, 2 queen size , and 2 full size. Fully stocked kitchen. Firepit outside. Fireplaces inside are non working and not to be used by guests. NO PARTIES or SMALL GATHERINGS. 8 guests MAX The space Heat: electric baseboard heats. Please note it gets hot quick. They Linens: provided This is a single family home First level: Living room: smart 55”tv with streaming capabilities Second level: bathroom (updated 2020) bedroom with queen size bed Dining room Kitchen - dishwasher, fully stocked, drip coffee pot Third floor: 2 bedrooms both with smart tv, and dressers Bedroom 1- 2 full beds Bedroom 2- queen bed Outdoor bbq gas grill Deck seating for 8 with lake views Fire pit with 8chairs around No dogs on the beach. Please keep them on leashes at all time and clean up after them. Guest access This is a single family home with access from ground level and second level. Other things to note I just purchased this home and put a lot of tlc into it to make sure guests have a great experience in my favorite spot ! Lake George ! Steps to the water. You can’t beat the location. Please note the fire places are not for use. All linens/ blankets that are used must be put in basement at end of stay Trash cans are to stay at end of driveway ! Guest responsible for removing all belongings. If anything personal is left behind host is not responsible for getting it back to the guest. Please fully look over house for belongings upon departure. Outdoor Adirondack chairs get covered and stacked upon departure. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or SMALL GATHERINGS of any kind. This is a quiet neighborhood and we like to keep it that way. The listing is for 8people and that’s the max I allow in the home. NO moving of furniture! Leave everything where it is including window AC’s When Turing in off of rt 9 take your first right onto trinity rock road and follow the loop. It’s easier to access the driveway this way. Laundry: if laundry is in dryer upon arrival just please set aside. The towels for use are located in the closet across across from bathroom (main level) and basket under sink (in-law suite bathroom). The dryer : set to timed dry, take off eco setting and set for 1 hour Closet with lock across from bathroom located in the in-law suite is not for guests. Also behind curtain downstairs in enclosed porch off limits. Please note your in the Adirondack mountains. You may see wildlife. Please keep all trash in cans and contained Kayak: red with 32 trinity rock written on bottom. Life vest and paddle must be brought back to house after use and put under deck Beach chairs must be brought back and put under deck. Quiet time is 9 NO smoking ! This is a smoke free home. Pets: please add at check out and inform me of what kind of animal you will be bringing. The $150 fee. ONE pet pet stay. Must be on leashes at all times All poop must be picked up No dog on beach
