The space This apartment, on the 2nd floor of an old building, with an area of 90 m² will offer you a breathtaking 180° view, not overlooked, of the Axonaise plain and the lower town. ⚠️the stairs of the common areas are steep and not recommended for people with mobility problems. The accommodation has a large living/dining area and kitchen separated by a 6 m long bar. A first bedroom accessible from the ground floor, equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress and mattress topper in 140/200 cm, for added comfort. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower column and glass wall as well as a cabinet with single sink and large mirror. By taking a nice wooden staircase, you will access the mezzanine overlooking the living room as well as the second bedroom with the 160/200 cm queen size bed. The ramparts promenade is at the foot of the building. The best restaurants and bars are located on a street 100 m from the apartment. In addition, you are a 7-minute walk to the cathedral. Other things to note We can accommodate you on weekdays from 5 p.m., flexible according to our schedule. Feel free to ask. For the weekend, we can host you from 4pm. -The apartment and common areas are entirely non-smoking. - evenings, parties with people not included in the booking are strictly prohibited.
