The Cotton Loft - Peak District Countryside Studio

Our cosy studio for 2 guests is in the idyllic Peak District village of Litton, with fantastic walks/cycle routes from the doorstep. Perfect for fresh Spring weekends and active mid week mini-breaks, we're 2 mins from the local pub and close to Peak District attractions. Included is free off-road private parking, and an 11am check out to enjoy your break just that little bit longer! The space *Escape to the Peaks & grab yourselves a last minute discount on a late Spring break, or book early for those really special dates!* Inside the Cotton Loft: Downstairs is the compact kitchenette, with the simple basics of a kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, single induction hob and small fridge, making the kitchenette just perfect for breakfast, a pre-prepped meal or a light bite. Adjacent to this is the shower room, with a lovely spacious shower and complimentary guest toiletries, and the living/dining/sleeping area is upstairs. Sleeping arrangements are on the comfy double bed, with blackout blinds for a restful nights sleep. There's 2 ergonomic easy chairs for chilling out on or for laptop use, and a TV, dvd player and free wifi. A bistro dining table/chairs for 2 is available to dine at. Cosy heating is via electric radiators, and hot water is via electric water heaters. All bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery are supplied, and there is tea/coffee, and fresh milk to get you started. A great range of local walks and guide books for exploring the Peaks, a dining guide and board games are available for your use. There is also free off-the-road car parking space for one car, a small relaxing outdoor seating area and secure storage for bikes, climbing/walking/golfing equipment etc. Local area: Set in glorious countryside just a few strides from the Red Lion Inn, and a short drive to stately Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell market town (famous for it's pudding/tart), Eyam plague village, Castleton (with it's Blue John Caverns), Buxton (Spa town and famous Opera House) and more - makes the Cotton Loft a perfect base to explore all that the Peak District has to offer. Guest access The studio is available for your own private use during your stay. We do not share the accommodation with you - it is available for you to come and go as you please, during your stay. You have your own key, and a separate entrance. We live next door, and walk past the Loft/outside seating area to get in and out of our back door. We're available/contactable for any further information you may require - it's up to you. Other things to note The compact kitchenette has just the simple basics of a microwave, kettle, toaster, single induction hob and small fridge (no oven or grill). Perfect for breakfast, a pre-prepped meal or a light bite. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any pets.
