Beach house Beta - a house (4+2ch.-32m2) in an olive grove on the beach with whirlpool, pool, playground, bbq,.... Additional costs to be paid at home at check-in: Pets are welcome. The pet is paid 10 Euro/day in object. Visitor tax: 1,60Eur/person/day, pay in object! The space House is located in a small fishing village Pomer, known for its marina, in a well-protected Medulin bay, surrounded by pine trees in a unique natural environment right by the sea. Olives and Mediterranean plants are located on a plot of 3000m2, a paradise for children and pets. Beach house Beta and Beach house Mare are located in a common fenced complex. Beach house Mare is not rented so guests have complete peace and privacy. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a terrace, a covered and if necessary closed heated whirlpool, a gas grill, a dining table and deck chairs. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and olive trees. The one-storey house on the beach of 32 m2 offers space for up to 6 people and is built in a modern style from natural materials such as wood and stone. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are a total of two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dining area. From the kitchen, dining room and living room or from the covered terrace with comfortable furniture you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the natural environment. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a high standard of living: air conditioning, free wi - fi, Smart TV, safe ... Next to the house there is a pool 6 x 4 m with a terrace where there is a whirlpool, barbecue, dining table and deck chairs. Our beach is suitable for enjoyment. The sea is a maximum of 1.5 m deep. Real swimmers can find the perfect place 700 m from the house where there are beaches, bech bars, pedal boats, surf club, restaurants, beach for pets, .. Car parking is located 50m from the house. Guest access Guests have access to jogging tracks, beaches for swimming - 500m, walking trails, stores, bakerys, pharmacy, coffee shops, beach bars, snack bars, rent a bike store, restaurants, stadium, beauty centar, gyms, bus station, night clubs... Within 400-700 m of the house there are several restaurants of local Istrian cuisine, bars, a supermarket, fishmarket, butcher, bank and other facilities . Boat exscurions are provided by the owner. For those who love active holidays the region is renowned for its Nature Park Cape Kamenjak ( 4 km away ) that can be reached by walk or riding a bike. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc. The Natural Park Cape Kamenjak is one of the ten must-see destinations on the Mediterranean. Visiting the cultural center of Pula ( 5 km) and Rovinj ( 30 km ) is also a must. Pula Airport lies at a distance of 6 km.
