For many decades it served in the 19th and 20th centuries as a dyeing plant of the cloth company M. P. W. Troistorff. The historic house with its traditional charm is romantically located in the middle of the old town in the heart of the old cloth making city of Monschau. The space The townhouse has been extensively renovated during the last two years. The requirements of the monument protection were taken into account down to detail. Given the existing building structure, we have mainly put on the building material clay during the renovation. The material, which the builders of the house also knew and used in 1780. The Cologne ceilings and an uncovered wallpaper as original on the first floor will enchant you with their very special flair. From the upper floor 1, a gently restored staircase leads to the upper floors. There is also the generously equipped kitchen as well as the dining and lounge area.
