The space Welcome to Platell Ferienhäuser Harz in Lerbach, a cozy holiday home for 8 people, situated on a mountainside in the picturesque village of Lerbach, in the heart of the beautiful Harz National Park. The house offers panoramic views of the forests and mountains, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot deer and other wildlife in the garden from your bedroom window. The Surroundings Lerbach is directly adjacent to an expansive forest, which is home to deer, foxes, wild boar, and other animals. There is an extensive network of hiking and biking trails, as well as cross-country ski tracks around the house, making it an ideal starting point for an active vacation year-round. The house is located on two of the Harz’s most beautiful hiking trails: the Harzer Hexenstieg and the Harzer Baudensteig, which together offer more than 150 kilometers of hiking enjoyment. For motorcyclists, the Harz offers breathtaking winding roads through nature, and the large shed provides safe parking for your bike. Geocaching enthusiasts can also find exciting caches nearby, within walking distance. The nearby villages of Osterode and Clausthal-Zellerfeld offer many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. In Osterode, you can stroll through the historic center and enjoy the local atmosphere. Clausthal-Zellerfeld is known for its beautiful nature and diverse hiking trails. Both places also offer great restaurants for a delicious lunch or dinner. Living Area The holiday home features a cozy living room with an fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Firewood is provided so you can make the most of the cozy atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV, a bookshelf with a selection of Dutch and German books, and various board games for extra fun. After a day in nature, you can unwind here in comfort. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, and salt are available, as well as toilet paper for the first day. The spacious dining area can seat 8 people, making it perfect for shared meals. A high chair is available for little ones. The terrace next to the dining room offers a lovely view of the valley and is a great spot for outdoor meals. The fenced garden also features a sunny terrace and a barbecue, so you can enjoy the outdoors. Bedrooms and Bathrooms The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with 2 rooms featuring double beds and 2 rooms with two single beds each. A baby crib is available. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is an additional toilet with a sink. Amenities The house is perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay, with free WiFi, a washing machine, and a drying rack. Pets are welcome, so your loyal four-legged friend can also enjoy the vacation. Bed linen and towels can be reserved if desired. The holiday home in Lerbach offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort, and relaxation.
