The space Kitchen: large and stocked with essentials including: - utensils - drip coffee maker with ground coffee - electric tea kettle with different tea options - toaster oven - and more Master bedroom: - queen size bed - Fire TV to stream your favorite shows - slider door to side deck 2nd bedroom: - queen size bed - twin size bed - chair that opens to a small, single bed (best for a child or small adult) - basic TV with Roku device Living room: - 50" Fire TV to stream your favorite shows - full couch and reclining loveseat Dining room: - table for 4-5 - office area with desk Full bathroom: - tub/shower Laundry room: - electric washer and dryer Enough towels, paper products, and linens to start your stay off right. Outdoor: Parking: all free: - 1 off street spot - 1-2 on street spots *It's recommended to back into the parking space for ease of pulling out. Also be aware there is a dip at the beginning of the parking space, this is another reason it's helpful to back into the space. Yard: - small, partially fenced, wooded area on 1 side, steep dip in back behind "manicured" part of yard - stairs to front of house, steeper staircase to back door Location: - walking distance to historic Grandin Village and the Roanoke Valley Greenway - lots of great places to eat, get coffee, and rent outdoor sporting equipment just minutes away Dogs: - we welcome well behaved, house broken dogs for a fee of $60 per dog (Please note that Airbnb only charges for 1 pet, if bringing more, we'll send you a request for the extra fee(s) to be paid before your arrival) - 3 dog maximum *Check out the dog collage on the fridge! We'd love for you to send us a pic of your pup to add to the collage! By booking our property, you agree to all of the following: - Very strict no smoking (of any kind) indoors policy. $250 cleaning fee charged for violating. We do allow smoking outdoors in designated areas using the ash tray provided. - No parties, gatherings, or events. - No extra guests unless approved of prior to arrival. - Extra cleaning will incur extra fees. - Check out is 11am, not departing on time will incur a $50 fee for each 30 minutes past that. - Strip used beds. - Put any moved furniture or other items back to it's original location. - Hand wash dishes or place in dishwasher and run it. - Please respect the property and maintain a level of cleanliness you would in your own home. - Quiet hours between 10pm-8am out of respect for neighbors. Guest access - Entire house. - 1 free off street parking spot and free on street parking. - Yard is not fully fenced in. - Walk to Grandin Village in under 10 minutes or drive in under 2 minutes. - Roanoke Greenway within walking distance. - Downtown Roanoke just 6 minutes away. - Close to hospitals, Carilion Hospital is just 9 minutes away. - Under 20 minutes to drive to Roanoke College.
