Our cottage is designed for 4 people: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 and a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room. The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old barn. The house with equipped kitchen will seduce you with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The calm and tranquility of the place invite you to enjoy the garden to relax while sunbathing after having eaten outdoors on the terrace. Outdoor parking and free Wi-Fi. The space You enter the barn that serves as a reception with the brochures made available, then you access the house with an entrance where you can leave shoes and coats, then a staircase will lead you to the living room that combines the living room and the kitchen. The accommodation is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. You will find all the useful equipment to prepare breakfast (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster...) and for those who spend a longer stay, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. Wi-Fi. The furniture has been renovated to create a trendy atmosphere. We have set up a pool area and we offer a participatory vegetable garden. The cottage is located on our land, our house is not far away, we only rent outside of our holidays. When you come, we work and remain very discreet. So you have the garden and pool all day just for you. And if you'd like to try a local dish, let me know. We have a cat and we accept our animal friends with a supplement of €20 per animal per stay. The land is fenced. We want the Cozy Attic to be a place for vacation but also a place for exchange and sharing. Guest access The garden and pool in summer are reserved for you. The vegetable garden is participatory, do not hesitate if you wish to sow, plant, you can also enjoy the harvests and the multiple aromatic herbs present in the garden. Other things to note Nearby, several activities, canoeing in Asfeld, horseback riding, Menneville golf course, the Aquamundo of the Center-parc de Chamouille accessible during the day, wicker object making,... ask before your arrival if you are interested. And for those who like history, not far away is the Chemin des Dames, the Abbey of Vauclair, the Dragon's Cave, the Belvedere and the visit to the village of Craonne (or what's left of it...) destroyed during the war.
