Super-stocked, large kitchen; game room; indoor/outdoor eating; and firepit. Numerous living spaces allow for family time as well as multi-generations. Neighborhood includes hiking trails, playground and paved streets for bike riding. Other things to note - Renters must be at least 30 years of age and in attendance during rental period. - Occupancy is limited to 16 people at any time without prior written agreement of the Owner. No parties/gatherings or additional house guests are permitted.
