Our tourist rental is an apartment of about 110 square meters inside, with a large space in front of the entrance and a porch behind in which to relax and enjoy nature, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Inside, the room is cozy and equipped with every comfort. In the kitchen area, you can also enjoy the heat released by the fireplace, if you want. The fixtures are made of PVC and double glazing for satisfactory thermal and acoustic insulation. The space Our apartment allows you to take advantage of private parking bordered by fences and an electric gate, but not suitable for caravans or campers. Children can therefore play and stay in the area around the apartment freely. Upon request, we can also provide a high chair and a crib for infants and other accessories for children. Guests will have a microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, espresso machine, etc. Guest access Guests must show the basic green pass or other anti-covid certification, if coming from non-European countries, which is obtained with vaccination, recovery from at least 6 months or rapid swab in the last 48 hours or molecular in the last 78 hours.
