A nice seating area to chill and watch DVDs, Netflix (included), or whatever apps you subscribe to (NO cable or network TV), a cute kitchen for light cooking, Keurig coffee maker, a dining table that seats 4, and a deck off the kitchen in addition to the one facing the ocean. Brand new refrigerator perfect for your vacation groceries. You can cook there and never go out if that's what you prefer. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - a master with en suite sink and toilet, with queen bed and memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed with memory foam mattress. Up in the loft is a third, full-sized bed. The full bathroom features a small shower, toilet, and sink with vanity. It's right off of the living room and connected to the second bedroom. The house has a huge deck facing the ocean, and 1 back deck - off the kitchen - nice to open up and enjoy the breezes while you cook. The entire cottage is yours to use! You’ll receive entry info just prior to your arrival with the code to the lock box. You’ll arrive to find a welcome basket with snacks and some K-cups for coffee on your first morning. I’m the owner and always available by text, so never hesitate if you need anything. Otherwise, you’ll have total privacy. Bliss! We are just 10 minutes away from Sebastian Inlet Park: (URL HIDDEN) There you can rent Pontoons, Skiffs and Kayaks. There’s great fishing at the Inlet pier, and Whiteys Bait & Tackle across the street has everything you need if you don’t want to travel with your gear. You’ll definitely need a car as we’re on a remote stretch of A1A (the beach front road that runs the length of Florida).
