Enjoy beautiful Sisimiut in this large and family-friendly house of 140m2, with 4 bedrooms located centrally in a quiet neighborhood close to Hotel Søma with beautiful views of the sea and the city. It is located in one of the city's quietest neighborhoods and is the perfect place to relax while exploring beautiful Sisimiut. The space The house has 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors as well as a nice spacious kitchen with dining table. On the 1st floor is a large and bright living room with an extra dining table where you can enjoy the lovely view of the sea. The house has 2 balconies, a large balcony on the ground floor and a smaller one on the 1st floor, which means you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening in the summer. We have a gas grill on the living room balcony. 2 of the rooms have a double bed. We have 2 Playstations, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom upstairs. We have plenty of toys for children and books and we have a trampoline outside our house. Everything is available to guests. We have a lovely, sweet, cuddly dog outside our house, which is looked after by others while we are away. We have internet in the house. The code is in the modem itself in bedroom 2, next to the closet. We have Netflix, Disney on our smart TV. Guest access There is access to all rooms in the house as well as washing machine and dryer. Other things to note In the large bedroom there is also a crib for a child of 2-3 years
