Double Room in Town House on city outskirts

Light and airy room with double bed on 3rd floor of modern town house in North Solihull near to Birmingham. Excellent transport links via bus and train to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull. Ten minutes from Birmingham Airport, the NEC and Birmingham International Station. Local convenience shops short 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely parks and green spaces in local area with woodland areas and a lake. The property also has a small courtyard garden that you are welcome to use. The space Whilst we don't welcome pets we do welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures, same sex couples and all religions. The room has a double bed for 2 people, however you would be welcome to bring your own travel cot for a baby or toddler also. Desk space is provided in the room for working or use as vanity space. 20” TV with free view and DVD player in room. Use of fibre Optic high speed broadband included with room. Large window letting in plenty of light but fitted with a roller blackout blind to keep the sun out when needed. Tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen please help yourself. The room has a lock for privacy and security, the property itself is very secure, you will be provided with an access key to enter and leave the property when you need. If you have any other needs or requests for your stay please just ask, we will accommodate where possible. Sitting room is open for guest use in the evenings after 5:30pm (host uses as work from home space during week days) with a 42” Smart TV with streaming apps for you to log into and oldskool games console to use at your leisure. We are kid friendly, children’s books/toys/games available for use as well as highchair on request. Guest access There is a large open plan Kitchen / dining area shared amongst the house which is fully kitted out with all kitchen essentials. Washing machine available for use for a small charge with washing line in garden for drying. Please help yourself to tea/coffee. A modern bathroom is located on the same floor as the room with a full size bath and shower. Bathroom is for guest use only, shared with another guest room on this floor. Please be considerate of others and leave shared spaces ready for the next person to use. During your stay Guests will be met on arrival at the property and shown the facilities where possible alternatively self check in instructions will be provided. It is up to you how much interaction you would like, I can recommend local places to visit, advise on travel routes etc if required. Local taxis are also usually available as well as Uber in addition to public transport. Other things to note Street parking is available at the property.
