B&B CASA ROSELLA - Entire House

The Bed and Breakfast structure: It is made from a newly built farmhouse and allows for a variety of accommodations. We offer you an independent part of the house, with an independent entrance and a large garden, for a stay in total tranquility and privacy. The house is very comfortably furnished and is equipped with everything you need. We live in the other part of the house, respecting your privacy, but always available for your every need. The space The house is suitable for hosting, even for long periods, families with children and also for working in SMART Working. It consists of: Living room: • A dining area; • Relaxation corner with television, where you can to stay near the fireplace during the winter. • 2-seater sofa bed. • Sofa. • Wi-Fi internet service. Kitchen: • Large kitchenette where you can cook independently. Bedroom: • A bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom; overlooking view of Monte Celeste where Bellegra is located, the Valley Aniene Valley with the Ruffi and Simbruini mountains in the background. • A crib is available on request Bathrooms: • A bathroom with a shower, reserved for the double bedroom; • A second large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The exterior The garden, the oven with adjoining barbecue are at the guests' complete disposal, who can find their favorite corner to rest and enjoy in peace while respecting the tranquility of the countryside and the surrounding woods or fall asleep under the large oak tree and the other plants that adorn the large garden with the chirping of birds in the background. Guest access Upon arrival, you will find your parking space along the outer perimeter of the house near the front door of your accommodation. We will be waiting for you and we will carefully show you the house and we will be ready to answer all your questions. In addition to the car, from the house and to the house, you can move using public transport: The stop is located about 200 meters from the house. From here, you can reach the neighboring towns or the cities of Rome (60 km) and Tivoli (30 km). The site is located in a hilly environment about 600 meters above sea level, a short walk from Bellegra (815 meters above sea level), an ancient medieval village.
