Come and spend a quiet stay in the countryside in the heart of the Pays de Bray in Normandy. I welcome you to a newly restored gîte The cottage with its large garden is located 30 minutes from Dieppe (beach, casino) and 35 minutes from Rouen (city of art and history), a short walk to the Eawy forest and the green avenue reserved for pedestrians and bicycles. The city center where you will find shops and shopping malls is 10 minutes away. Possibility of self check-in for late hour. The space Your old 18th century cottage is independent of the owners' house (17th century wine press). You have your own parking and accommodation. It consists of a living room on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher) upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with 180 x 200 bed and a desk for remote working, a bathroom with 120 x 80 shower, a separate toilet and a second mezzanine bedroom with 140 x 190 bed. You have to go through the mezzanine bedroom to get into the large bedroom. The shower room and toilet doors are located on the mezzanine. Linens are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. You have a fan to cool the rooms during hot weather. A folding crib (without linen), a high chair, a small bathtub, a baby pot can be made available to you upon request at the time of booking. A terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue are there to allow you to enjoy the sun, Wi-Fi (ADSL, improved speed since February 2022), TV. Brochures for visits are present in the cottage. During school holidays, a minimum one week rental is preferred.
