Spacious 3-room apartment in a quiet location

The bright and friendly 3-room apartment is located in the attic directly on the small Wyker Stadtwald. The house is situated in the second row in a quiet, purely residential area. Nevertheless, you can reach the city center, the beach or the playground in a few minutes on foot. Several restaurants with Greek, Chinese, Italian and German cuisine are within walking distance, as are the (seawater) wave pool with attached gym and shops serving everyday needs. The space The bright 63 m² apartment equipped with pine furniture is designed for 4 people (plus toddler). It offers 1 living room with access to the south balcony, 1 bedroom with double bed (with 2 mattresses), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a crib for toddlers, shower room and kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed also has access to the balcony. In the living room you will find the seating area with a 3-seater and a 2-seater couch, from which the view of the cabinet wall with LCD TV and micro-CD radio system falls. Next to the seating area there is a side table and a floor lamp that provides a subdued light for cozy reading at a late hour. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. The shower room has a mirror cabinet, sink, radiator for drying and hanging towels and of course a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The little helpers in the kitchen were also thought of: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and hand mixer are at your disposal. At the dining table for four people, you can sit comfortably at the window during meals. In front of the apartment door there is also a shoe rack and an umbrella stand. If desired, it is possible to wash and dry laundry by arrangement. Other things to note You can rent the place at a discounted rate at the moment, as the parking spaces are still unpaved and the garden has not yet been laid out. Depending on the season, the minimum stay is 2 nights (low season) to 5 nights (high season). Please also request shorter stays if you are interested, maybe we can find a solution. Linens and towels are included in the nightly rate. The overnight price does not include the visitor's tax levied by the city of Wyk auf Föhr.
