Heart of the old town

A newly renovated two storey apartment situated in the middle of the iconic George in the Old Town of Hastings, perfect for the beach and exploring of the independent shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very character full an old fisherman’s style building made modern, comfortable, fully furnished, and has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. The space While this apartment has 2-bedrooms, it is able to comfortably house up to 7 people; master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunkbed (single and double mattress), and lounge with a double sofabed. Guest access The apartment is self-contained, meaning full privacy for guests. Think of it as a home away from home! A thing to note, when arriving - particularly on weekends - the bar has tables and stools outside the venue and partially in front of the building’s front door. We do our best to manage this upon arrival, and bar guests are happy to move, so please do expect some interaction Other things to note As the apartment is in the heart of the old town, and is also above my tapas bar (although there is a residential floor directly below the apartment), there is some ambient noise from the street. It is the very top floor so please note that you will be climbing stairs. Due to the location, this isn’t the quietest of flats on weekends - it is above a tapas and cocktail bar, so expect some noise until about midnight! Please be mindful of the stairs. This in old fisherman’s building, so some stairs are narrow.
