For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! The summer also has BBQ & DINING, a big BACKYARD with FIRE PIT and a PEDAL BOAT too! The space The POOL, SAUNA, HOT TUB & BBQ are all OPEN for the summer! Cocagne Retreat is a beautiful 2 bedroom house situated in Cocagne NB, 25 minutes from Moncton. View to the beautiful Bay and historical Cocagne Island. The Island is a blue heron sanctuary and one of the nicest kayak routes in NB. During winter, come experience this wonderland of sights, tranquility and privacy this house has to offer. To be comfy in the hot tub at such cold temperatures is an absolute treat and will make you feel at the spa! This cozy rental is located in a very quiet and private environment. Perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaways, special occasions and summer vacation. Enjoy comfort & and many close destinations all around. The property has a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a 2 person jetted jacuzzi, big living room with Murphy bed, and a big tv, the first room has a queen bed with direct patio access to the deck with pool (only available during the summer) and hot tub (5 seater), the second bedroom has a 2 single over double bunk beds. Guest access There is space in the driveway for 4-6 smaller cars, or 3 bigger cars/trucks. Please avoid parking on the grass and in the small space at the end of the road, as that is not part of the property:) Other things to note During the winter period (around mid-october), the pool will be closed, the bbq will be stored, the fire pit will be unavailable due to snow, the seats, hamac and swing will be stored and the gazebo, patio table and chairs will also be stored. The hot tub and sauna will be available year round (best part!)
