Amazing and Serene Riverhouse

Our little piece of paradise is looking forward to you relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounds. During Summer mosquitos can be an issue. We supply repellant but recommend you bring some. There's plenty of space to relax out the back or down by the river can read a good book, swim or if you're lucky, watch some dolphins! A jigsaw to complete or a board game to challenge the family!. Fish in the river. Kayak up or down river. Walk to the Ravo for a Pub Meal! Go for relaxing walks. The space This is a unique place with plenty of space for the kids to play and for you to relax. The House: Recently renovated. Painted inside and out with new floor coverings and curtains. Electrics upgraded too. Essential amenities for you and the kids. Plenty of board games/books and jigsaws to while the night away. Have a go at a 1,000 piece jigsaw. In winter a great wood fire. The Backyard: Swing Set for the kids (no persons over 8 years of age on the swing set) BBQ (Wood), Crab Nets and Scoop Nets, Fishing gear, there's plenty of Bream in the River. The best bait to use is river prawns. Be mindful of the regulations when fishing for fish and crabs. Season is 1 December to 31 August. Small fire pit to sit around and yarn while enjoying a pleasant beverage! Sit on the bank in the shade and watch the activity on the river. Boating, dolphins and the passing parade! Serenity says it all! The Jetty The jetty is for you to enjoy - bring a boat. If swimming please do not dive into the river. As it is a river it could have submerged objects such as tree branches. Please note the jetties are private property and we ask not to go onto neighbouroing jetties without the owners permission. Cars Plenty of parking in the front yard. Please note we do not allow charging of electric vehicles on the property and ask you respect our request. For a "Holiday Home" on the river you will be pleasantly surprised! Guest access Please note: Arrival time after 11am Day of departure the house must be vacated no later than 12noon. If after 12noon a penalty of $250 applies. There is free access to all except the garage and small shed. Please note this is our holiday home and has many items of our own. We ask that you kindly respect what is there. If an unfinished jigsaw is on the table, please help to finish it (no kids to touch please). If you do finish one, go ahead and start on another but please do not pull the completed one apart! There is a Nespresso machine (capsules included) for you to enjoy. Water is provided through a dispenser. Please note charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. If you have a boat mooring at our jetty is allowed. Please respect our neighbours jetties - these are private property. Other things to note Cleaning Costs of $150.00. All linen and towels supplied. If more than 6 persons the there is an additional cost of $25.00 per person per night. However approval must first be obtained for the additional guest/s.
