Carolyn and Cals cabin is usually booked solid, So besure to not wait. Little cabin charm set among the oaks. This little getaway has its own little flavor of cabin feel without being way back in woods. Cabin is nestled back far enough from hwy to have that rural feeling and the quiet and relaxing. We are just 3 miles from Lufkins loop 287. You have privacy and easy parking. There is a gas grill and firepit for your outside use. Sit on covered porch and drink your coffee in the mornings. The space The Cabin is a small apt. Set up like a basic rv inside. This cabin is 250 sq ft. Door ways are small . It has small fridge, and all the cooking and eating utensils one needs. There is a grill outside under covered porch for cooking, and microwave inside. It has two club chairs and stools for relaxing and watching tv. It also has has ductless mini splits for heating and cooling .There is a wonderful deck out front for enjoying the birds, squirrels and sometimes rabbits. It does have wifi, )and tv cable for your enjoyment. It has a Queen bed with memory foam mattress. It is cute and clean and just right for a quick getaway for one or two. It has small bath with shower. There are guest toiletries incase you forget something. It has a gas grill on porch for your use. Guests staying longer than 4 days are responsible for changing and washing their own towels and sheets. We will restock toilet paper and paper towel on request. Guest access You are set back at the back of the property by yourself, tucked up next and among the trees. Private, but not totally secluded. you are literally in our back yard, safe but just enough out of the way to be quiet. You have your own parking and deck for your enjoyment. You will be able to come and go as you please. You will have a key to lock door. Please park on concrete pad that is for cabin parking. If two cars , first car pull all the way up Other things to note Because we are still employed at building houses we will be coming and going a lot. My husband will try to make as little noise as he can. If you are riding a motorcycle to our property, our drive is concrete, and parking. Please note that this is a small space that can be a tight squeeze for some or not suitable for really tall, or large people. There is a two person limit because of limit on treatment plant for property. Also this is a really small unit and only suitable for two people. Also there are three steps up to deck.
