Modern large apartment by the lake in Gevelsberg

In the small and quiet Gevelsberg between Wuppertal and Hagen/Dortmund we have a large detached house with a 70 m² basement apartment. You can reach the apartment via a separate staircase entrance. Our house was built from polystyrene bricks and is also an energy efficiency house, underfloor heating and water are powered by solar, toilet via rainwater recovery. The space You enter the basement apartment through a separate entrance. Watch out for the stairs! In the large living room there is a sofa, TV, bed, dining table and a chill chair next to a wardrobe. A small hallway leads to the bedroom. There is a single bed, a double bed (2 mattresses) and a wardrobe. Next door is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The small bathroom is modernly tiled and has a shower.
