Hello, we offer this pleasant 20 m2 cottage designed for 2 people, possibly a child, very well furnished with all the amenities to have a pleasant stay... for one night or several, it's up to you! We are located in Orne, 10 minutes from Alençon, close to the Essay circuit, 25 minutes from the Alpes Mancelles. L'Etang d'un Instant is first and foremost a small haven of peace where✨ you will enjoy the calm and serenity in this idyllic setting🌸. Laetitia The space L'Etang d'un Instant 🌸: It is a 20 m2 chalet equipped with a 160/200 bed. The bed will be made upon your arrival. A kitchenette with everything you need is available. *refrigerator *induction stove *mini oven *microwave *dishes (glasses, plates, cutlery, various dishes) *sponge/dishwashing liquid *dishcloths *garbage bags *Senseo coffee maker and pods available *kettle A bathroom area with a toilet separated by a door from the kitchen and sleeping area. You will find: *bath towels *shower gel *shampoo *toilet paper On the terrace: you will have access to the inflatable hot tub ☺️. It is provided free of charge. (please let me know if you wish to use it during your stay so that I can heat it up). Important INFORMATION: regarding the pond: As the cottage is located by a natural pond, its water level is directly dependent on weather conditions, particularly periods of drought. In the event of drought, extreme heat or an exceptional drop in the water level, we cannot guarantee a water level that allows the use of the boat. In these circumstances, the boat may be unavailable for safety reasons. As the level of the pond is a natural phenomenon beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for its drop or the temporary inability to use the boat. Thank you for your understanding Other things to note DETAILS: The Etang d 'un Instant is a single gite on our property. Our home is close to the cottage , but know that we want our guests to keep their independence and privacy , just like us so everything is designed so that a serene and relaxed climate reigns. RULES: regarding visitors and noise: • It is forbidden to have people from outside the accommodation without the host's prior consent. • The number of people on the property must match the number of guests listed in the reservation. • Quiet must be strictly observed from 10:00 p.m. onwards, both inside and outside: no loud music or noise. • Any breach of these rules may result in action by the host and, if necessary, the application of the conditions set out by Airbnb. No vis-à-vis guests and landlords. You will be surrounded by nature and the pond . The city center of Alençon is 10 minutes away, where you can discover the Alençon Lace, the birthplace of St. Thérèse, and our various shops. 🌿 A natural setting to preserve Our gîte is located in the countryside, in a natural and green environment. This privileged location also means that small insects or other visitors from nature (spiders, wasps, etc.) may occasionally be present, despite all the care taken with the cleaning and maintenance of the accommodation.
