Reservoir Guest Studio

Welcome to our renovated guest studio located right on the border of Silverlake and Echo Park. We are walking distance to all the fun stuff, including: cafes, bars, yoga, pilates, health food store, music venues, vintage stores, record stores, Echo Park Lake, and cute boutiques. There is something for everyone in this neighborhood that we are lucky enough to call home, and would love to share it with you. The space My husband and I both travel for work quite often and became inspired to create a guest house that we ourselves would want to stay at while on the road. We have fully renovated our guest house with new floors, fresh paint, new kitchen, and brand new bed and bedding. We have thoughtfully provided all the comforts of home while not over crowding the space so you dont feel like you are living in someone else's clutter. Our private outdoor living area is a great way to begin or end your day with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We always have a seasonal vegetable garden growing to enjoy right out your front door. The apt is located behind a security gate and the property is very safe. We are around if you need anything but respect your privacy. Guest access You will have access to the guest studio and our garden. The studio has its own private entrance just pass the security gate (that you can only access with a code) and past the driveway.
