Description

This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to roam freely. The space Gowlands Farm House is a private residence with a self contained annexe within the grounds. The annexe is accessed by it’s own entrance door. A lockbox is used to hold keys to allow flexibility on arrival time for guests. This is a spacious one bed apartment which is only accessible by car due to the countryside location (there are no pavements to the property but it is only a 30 second drive along the A59 to Kirk Hammerton for local amenities). The property has one modern double bed only. Additionally, towels will be provided during your stay. It is a non-smoking property. There is no cooker available in the property, but a single plate induction hob is provided to cook basic meals. The main parking spot is right outside the property, but other parking can be made available on request. There is access to a patio area at the front of the property. Guest WiFi is available. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar are provided. PLEASE NOTE: PUTTING THE POSTCODE/TOWN INTO SAT NAV WILL NOT TAKE YOU DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY. It is located just off the A59 amongst 3 other properties and not in a village location, please read ‘other things to note’ section for further details. Guest access Guests have full access to the private annexe and the decking area outside it. A car park space is available right in front of the annexe. There is a shared garden area with the hosts, which is ideal for dogs to run around in. Other things to note Sat Nav will take you about 1 mile east of the property on the A59. The property is not located in the village of Green Hammerton, but just off the A59 once you have passed through Kirk Hammerton. I will send full directions on the day before your arrival.
