It is located on the mezzanine floor ("Belle Etage"). The house is located directly next to the Königswiesen, the former site of the 2008 State Horticultural Show, which is now used as a large parking area. The apartment has a view of the lake and the local swimming area (“Louisenbad”) is only about 300 meters away. The house is also directly adjacent to the city center with some restaurants (“Luzifer” in 100 m) and shopping. The apartment consists of two separate rooms: a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom. The small kitchenette has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a kettle. By removing a wall, a generous layout for the small apartment was created, including the living room with armchairs and a TV (with DVD player). Another room is the bedroom with a bed measuring 1.80 x 200 m. Bed linen is provided and the bed is made. A chaise longue with folding function of the side part forms a sleeping possibility for a third person. A clear new shower room complements the apartment. Shower linens and towels are provided. A hairdryer is available. An oiled oak floor is laid throughout and without thresholds. There are no dust and dirt trapping carpets. The apartment is functional overall and well equipped and has everything ready for a longer stay. This is the first rental season after a renovation.
