The villa has a private garden, is part of a very quiet residential complex and is completely surrounded by a flower-filled condominium garden, where children can play freely. It consists of an entrance with kitchenette furnished with double sofa bed. Kitchen is new and equipped with dishwasher, oven and fireplace. Then there are 3 single beds and a double bedroom. Overall, there are 7 beds. The house has a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. In the house there are 2 air conditioners but at night you rest gently with a cool temperature. The garden is ideal for spending evenings together, taking advantage of the comfortable barbecue. When you return from the sea, you will also have an outdoor shower with hot water. Guest access You can take advantage of the communal garden that runs perimeter to the entire residential complex of which the villa is a part. This space is thoughtfully curated and always bloomed. At the end of the driveway to the complex you will have the option to park your car. Other things to note If you have your own bicycles available, getting to the sea will be very fast as well as pleasant for the beautiful landscape that surrounds us.
