Description
A woodland annex, Hastings outskirts, a pub/restaurant nearby, parking for x1 car, a keybox, and gently stepped garden. Conquest Hospital, a 10 minute walk, Rye is a 30 minute drive. Double bed, en-suite. Separate snug with utility sink/drainer, a TV/DVD player, full sized fridge, toaster, induction hob, air fryer and microwave. Cutlery, pots, crockery all supplied. x1 well behaved pet allowed, pet fee payable with booking. The space Unofficially named 'Idn', as we're hidden off road, is a large, detached 1960's property, close to woodland and varied wildlife. A 15 minute walk to Alexandra Park with its cafes, ponds, fishing and mini model railway. The Airbnb guest garden has seats, and is visited regularly by birds, badgers, butterflies, cats, and varied wildlife. The garden summerhouse has 2 comfy chairs, and a bistro set to dine/drink, al fresco, if desired, in sunny weather. The annex is non smoking/vaping, but guests can smoke in the garden. Park your car on the drive, and catch a bus into town, (bus stop 5 mins away), or book a taxi, 247247, via the App. A dog friendly Marstons pub is nearby, The Conqueror's March. There's rugged, stepped woodland walks nearby too for hikers, through Old Roar Ghyll, wellies definitely needed after wet weather. Guest access Guest gate, approached by x3 shallow depth, wide steps, with a key-coded entry box. There are exterior security cameras/lighting, movement detected. There's a rustic stone bench just outside the entrance. The Airbnb guest summerhouse is a cosy space to chill and watch the varied wildlife. Other things to note Entry key code is sent at approximately checkin time of 2 pm. Please park by the orange cone, for our access in/out of the garage, there's a large turn driveway area for guest car manoeuvres. Please keep the guest gate closed. If bringing a pet, do remain with them as the garden isn't fully secure (the badgers dig under the fences), and also to protect wildlife, and our gentle, friendly, but inquisitive cat, Luna. No lighting of candles. Please turn off any unnecessary lights. Also, remember to write an honest review of your stay with us to assist other guests, 5* always happily received.
