Modern apartment in Wismar's old town

The apartment used to be a bakery and has now been extensively renovated and modernly redesigned. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (great indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 people. Additional sleeping options for one to two people are possible on request if required. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the old harbor can be explored on foot. By car, it's about 15 minutes' drive to the beach. The space The studio apartment is about 35 m² and offers a double bed for 2 people, various storage options for your belongings and a kitchen with a seating area as well as a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is located right in the old town. It's a 5-minute walk to the marketplace. To the old port about 15 minutes' walk. Free parking is very close by. Guest access The access to the apartment is via a private entrance. Other things to note In the apartment we have put together some information material: city map, various flyers for excursions/venues and events for Wismar and the surrounding area are ready for browsing. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our corner house. The door to the apartment has a separate entrance (right next to our front door). For noise-sensitive guests, we recommend earplugs, as our house is located directly on a street. Windows and front door are new. A special noise protection curtain on the front door provides further insulation. In addition to the total overnight price, a bed/overnight tax of 5% is payable in Wismar. This should ideally be placed on the table in cash upon departure. This is only applicable for private travel and NOT for business travel.
