Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable King size Boxspring and a Sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery etc.) and Boulevard at walking distance. We only rent one room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast Wifi. Roller shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower. The space The bedroom is about 5 by 5 meters in size and equipped with a very comfortable King size box spring (Swiss Sense AeroMax). The bathroom is 3 by 1.5 meters in size. Both spaces are well insulated (both the roof and the wall) and equipped with a screen. Due to the AIRbnb corona cleaning regulations, check-out time is early to 11am. After cleaning, the room should be empty for 3 hours. Other things to note We rent out 1 room. So there are no other guests. We rent to adults only only!
