This dog friendly family cottage offers a tranquil escape in North Norfolk! The space The cosy lounge at the back of the cottage has a comfy sofa, two chairs, a Smart TV, and a stereo. Warm up by the wood burner on cooler nights. The front kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and small appliances like a microwave and kettle. Perfect for family meals or packing up for beach trips. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious double room is perfect for parents, with plenty of storage and a hand basin. Two twin rooms feature built-in bunk beds and extra play space under vaulted wooden ceilings, great for older children. Please note the bunk rooms are not suitable for children under five or those with mobility issues due to ladder access. Upstairs, there's also a shower room and a separate toilet across the hall, plus an additional toilet on the ground floor. The star of Marlpit Cottage is its beautiful, dog friendly garden with a patio—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee on sunny days. Guest access Guests have access to the full property.
