Kokomo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, oceanfront home. With the beach just 50 feet from our home, each bedroom is oceanfront, opening onto oceanfront decks. Quality Linens and towels included. 2 master suites! The children's bedroom has lots of toys and games. Hot tub on deck overlooking the ocean in season. Pamlico Sound is at the other end of the street, making it perfect for all windsurfers and kiteboarders. Check-in days are Saturdays. No early check-in. The space Only steps to the beach, our home has some of the best oceanfront views on the island. With this being our actual home during the off-season, it is NOT the typical rental property you find on the island. You will feel its warmth and welcoming appeal the moment you walk in. There is a high chair and a port-a-crib for the little ones, an ice cream machine, and my kitchen is stocked with spices for you, so just make yourself at home and enjoy your stay at Kokomo. Other things to note The Rodanthe pier is within walking distance from the house. The pier is open from 7 am to midnight. There is also a bait shop with fishing supplies, snacks, and ice. The game room which is on the premises is great for the younger kids. Deb and Nick are both very knowledgeable and can help you with all your fishing needs. The best donuts are made at a shop at the end of the street, and great ice cream and fudge are also within walking distance.
