Hakunamatata, beautiful villa near the beach .

The Villa Hakunamatata ("don't worry, be happy") is suitable for habitation till 10 people. Those who's stay in Hakunamatata, feel like living ins a smal paradise. The house and the various terraces offers a magnificent view over the Aegean sea, in total peace and tranquility, enjoyed from everywhere in and outside the villa. The villa which i built from natural stones is located at 30 meters above the Aegean sea with his small uninhabited islands and the green and beautiful coastline. The space Immediately below the villa is also the beautiful beach Achladies. Around the villa you will find several large terraces and the outside swimming pool with a warm outside shower. Direct above the shower we made a romantic wooden tower house where you even can spent the night, or have a siesta in a beautiful shadow place. There is also a big open fire place/bbq. The living area on the top floor comprises of an open kitchen, an office/work area, a long area with open fireplace and a large dining area with a dining table of 3 meters and 8 chairs. the villa has a wonderful chestnut roof, with the characteristics of local Greek architecture and his reminiscent of a Dutch farmhouse. There is a staircase to the floors below. On the second floor is a new built apartment with an own private terrace, shower, toilet and big double bed.All the other bedrooms are also on this level. There are three very big bedrooms , two bathrooms, two toilets and one storeroom where you also can sleep. The lowest floor is the garage. Other things to note The tourist tax that has been in force in Greece since 2024 is called "Tourist tax" or in Greek "Φόρος Διαμονής" (Fóros Diamonís), which literally means "Accommodation tax".
