Kisház Gárdonyban /Chill house at the Velence lake

BE our guest 10 minutes from Lake Velence and the center, in a bird-chirping environment! The space The cottage is separate with its own small terrace, but it is right next to our own house, on a shared lot with a shared garden. We will be able to help whenever you need it, but we respect privacy. However, if you are bothered by the fact that we live here, please do not book with us! :) The cottage consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, an equipped kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom. The bedroom is approx. 14m2 and has a large double bed (160x210cm). Fast wifi connection is available in the house. TV with 170 channels, including some foreign language channels. All windows have mosquito nets. You can park for free in front of the house, but you can't park your car in the yard. We provide you with 2 bicycles for free during your stay with which you can go back and forth in the area! (If, on the other hand, you plan to do the 33km Venice Lake tour, we recommend more professional, bike rental bikes, there is also a rental not far from us.) Upon arrival, a tourist tax is payable in cash on site: 600/person/night (for those over 18 years of age) We have a fairly large, mainly modern board game collection. About 10 of these will be prepared for the accommodation, but if you write a separate message before arrival, we will send you a list and you can choose in advance what else we should prepare for you :) (There are many two-person games or two-player games, with all kinds of themes, mechanics and difficulty levels. We also have English or German rules for several games.) Please SCROLL further down! :-) Guest access Upon arrival, a tourist tax is payable in cash on site: 600 HUF/person/night (for those over 18 years of age) Our house is on Street 1 of the Resort, so close to Lake Velence, in a bird chirping environment with garden seating, garden chairs and tables. The Panorama free beach and the Seagull Beach are also about a 10-minute walk, such as the center and the train station. Grocery stores, pl.Spar and Penny Market 5 min walk as well as the local market on weekends. The Venice Mountains and its surroundings are also ideal for hikers, e.g. to climb Pákozd to the Ingó stones, but also the Bencehegyi Lookout in Venice, which is accessible by car. The lake offers water sports lovers and plenty of opportunities: SUP, surf, kites, water bikes... and recreational cruises on the lake in season. The Agári Thermal Bath and Sauna World is very high quality and an excellent program for a gloomier/cooler day:-) There are many restaurants, snack bars, super pastry shops, and ice cream parlors in Gárdony, Agárd, and Venice. Free live music, concert in several places often on weekends in the summer. If you don't feel like going out or cooking, you can order a house from many places, we'll share our favorite places with you! There are also some good wineries in the area, and we'd love to recommend them! There are trains to Budapest, Székesfehérvár and the surrounding cities and villages every half hour or so. Please SCROLL down for extra info! :-) Other things to note Heating is provided by convectors, a radiant heater in the bathroom. In summer, a split air conditioner is available free of charge. If you are arriving with a pet, please note and comply with the following: - we can only accommodate one animal at a time, regardless of the size of the animal (a dog or a cat) - we only accept house-trained and well-behaved dogs - please do not let the animal on the bed - please only let the animal into the house when dry (dry its fur outside after bathing and rain) - a smaller dog, e.g. a dachshund, can fit under the fence in front of the house, so we do not recommend letting it loose in the garden - if possible, please take the dog for a health walk, if it does its business in our garden, please collect the feces - there are several hedgehogs in our garden who are active at night, please only book with a dog if you know that you will not catch them or let them free at night - important to know: the nearest beach to us on the lake where you can go with a dog: "Drótszamár", which is 5.5km from us If you come with a child, we can place a comfortable and good quality 25cm thick mattress (80x210cm) or a travel cot in the room, and a high chair in the dining room, and we have a baby bathtub with a stand (internal size of the bathtub: 42x70cm). (Let's agree on which one you want to be prepared for when you arrive. In this case, the armchairs and coffee table shown in the photo will be removed from the bedroom for greater comfort.) If required, we can also provide breakfast for our guests, which is made from the goods of local producers. (e.g. backyard eggs, artisanal cheeses, homemade yogurt).
