The Slack (Festive Discounts)

The Slack is a large cottage located in the grounds of The Lookout Cottages, Cressbrook in the heart of the Peak District. It offers the perfect base to access the Peaks for walking, cycling or visiting the picturesque towns and villages nearby. It offers peaceful, secluded accommodation, all on one level. Please message us for prices and further information (Formerly known as Top Spot) The space The Slack and its neighbour Rubicon have been renovated from former gardeners' buildings and enjoy a spectacular setting overlooking the Wye Valley towards Monsal Dale. The modern dining kitchen is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the comfortable sitting room features double doors leading onto a large paved terrace for outdoor dining and barbecues. The Slack accommodates six guests in three double en-suite bedrooms. This cottage can also be booked with 1 or 2 additional cottages, Ravenscliffe and Rubicon for larger groups. Other things to note We do allow well behaved dogs. We ask for a payment of £25.00 per dog to cover extra cleaning.
