Classic southern house in the center of Risør. Sunny patio with late evening sun on the screen and private patio. Here you will find a barbecue, parasol and comfortable outdoor furniture. Cozy kitchen with fireplace, dining room and lounge with sofas on the 1st floor. Private parking right outside the house with space for 1 car. We have 2 bicycles, 2 children's bicycles, SUP boards and skateboards that can be used by appointment. There is also the possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house. The space The main house consists of 4 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a children's room 2 with a junior bed/baby bed. Double pull-out sofa bed in the annex, possibility for 2 mattresses on the loft in the annex. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Heating cables in the floor. Guest access Annex, patio, parking. Other things to note Proximity to beach, lake and hiking terrain! Furthermore, there are tennis courts that can be rented via Risør tennis club and a brand new skatepark open to everyone - all within a short distance from the house.
