One level 2400 sq.ft. spacious yet cozy. Easy access upper & lower driveways for parking. Great views of our small town, the Willapa River, the Willapa Hills, and even the top of Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Outside walkways with 4 ft. covered overhead. No stop lights in South Bend. It's a quiet town of only 1700 people. It claims to be the"Oyster Capital of the World"! We have 28' of locked dock space available to rent. We have hunted much of the Willapa Hills and can assist in that. The space The whole house except one bedroom and bath. That leaves three bedrooms and two baths, kitchen, dining room and large living room. Plus lots of places to sit and enjoy the views. Front and rear yards with lots of room to play. Owner is there occasionally. Guest access All of main house and three bedrooms two bathrooms. Outside front and rear yards. Only 1 step up to enter the home. Please no smoking in the house. Smoke outside: use butt cans please. Do not use wood stove. Home has electric heat .Thanks Other things to note We have 28' of secure dock space available in town. There is fishing, crabbing, and clamming close by. If you want to get up in the Willapa Hills for hunting or hiking and exploring the beautiful views, we can assist with that. There are many good gravel roads. There is a 56 miles bike trail from South Bend to Chehalis. Close by are a golf course, museums, libraries, many restaurants, grocery store, great thrift shops, pharmacy, and hospital. Please do not use wood stove. A small campfire in the fire dish out front on the brick patio is fine. There is a small barbeque provided. You may need to purchase charcoal. Thanks
