Private entrance into a comfortable living room and breakfast nook, with a couch that pulls out into a full bed, perfect for a kiddo or extra guest. Left through a galley kitchen with a 4 gas burner stove with oven, refrigerator, sink, dishes, cookware, etc. Then to a bedroom with a cozy queen bed and full bathroom with washer and dryer. This 350 sq ft studio apartment space is perfect for the small family that wants an inexpensive stay or a business person that wants a quiet place to rest after a days work. Shopping and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive as well as beautiful downtown Bonner Springs. We are also 5 minutes from the Kansas Speedway, Sporting KC's Stadium, Kansas City Monarchs Baseball & Azura Amphitheater (Sandstone), and soon the American Royal. Guest access The neighborhood is a rural area, within city limits, quiet surroundings. There is free parking in our large gravel driveway with designated parking for our guest. We are conveniently located close to all major highways, 20 minutes to KCI (MCI) Airport, 20 minutes to Downtown Kansas City, MO, 30 Minutes to Lawrence, 20 minutes to Overland Park. Other things to note We are minutes away from every restaurant you could want, concert, sports and entertainment venues are at your doorstep. There is a lovely hometown coffee shop in Bonner Springs that serves breakfast and lunch and if you prefer a Starbucks that is close as well.
