An incredibly quiet and nice area for some relaxation. A very large house with a lot of sleeping possibilities. Large terrace with a large plot of land. There is the possibility to work out in a home-built gym or enjoy a lovely movie in the evening. All amenities are available such as washer/dryer and dishwasher. In the summer, it is no more than a 5-10 minute drive to the finest beaches that Falkenberg can offer and Ullared is 30 minutes from the house. The space The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and laundry room on the first floor. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a small living room. Guest access You will basically have access to the whole house. There is only one room on one of the upper floors that will be closed. Our Jacuzzi that we have in the basement is also private. Otherwise, there is full access to the whole house
