House in Falkenberg, 300 sqm with 4 bedrooms

An incredibly quiet and nice area for some relaxation. A very large house with a lot of sleeping possibilities. Large terrace with a large plot of land. There is the possibility to work out in a home-built gym or enjoy a lovely movie in the evening. All amenities are available such as washer/dryer and dishwasher. In the summer, it is no more than a 5-10 minute drive to the finest beaches that Falkenberg can offer and Ullared is 30 minutes from the house. The space The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and laundry room on the first floor. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a small living room. Guest access --- Grill – Charcoal grill You are most welcome to use the grill during your stay. How to use the barbecue grill 1. Use only charcoal or briquettes. 2. Put the charcoal in the grill and light it with firelighters or a chimney lighter. 3. Never use gasoline, T-red or other flammable liquids. 4. Wait until the charcoal has a gray ash surface before you start barbecuing. After use Let the charcoal burn out and cool completely. Brush the grill grate with the grill brush while it is still warm. Leave the grill clean and close the lid when it has cooled down. Important Charcoal is not included, but is brought by the guest. Never leave the grill unattended when it is lit. The grill must be at least 2 meters from the house wall. Never pour water on a hot grill or embers. We appreciate it if the grill is left in the same condition as you would like to find it. Thank you and enjoy your barbecue! There is also a store next to the house that is open 24 hours a day and has everything you need. You will basically have access to the whole house. There is only one room on one of the upper floors that will be closed. Our Jacuzzi, which we have in the basement, is also private. Otherwise, there is full access to the entire house.
