This charming comfortable house, with garden/terrace (enclosed), nestled in a private residence, quiet, secure and pedestrianized, is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay for families or friends. Just 100 meters from the sea, a stone's throw from the nautical club, and a 10-minute walk to the port, restaurants and the medieval market, it is the perfect base for exploring the wonders of the island. Well located in the residence, it is close to the park. Morning walks, tasting local products or the island's famous oysters, or lively evenings at the summer night market, everything comes together for an exceptional vacation. Enjoy the pool! Friendly exterior and prime location • Shared heated swimming pool, nestled in the park of the residence, open from May to the end of September (heated from June 1) for quiet swimming. • Small private enclosed garden with terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha, ideal for storing your bikes or enjoying a quiet moment. • Quick access to the sea and bike paths to explore the island. Modern, well-equipped interior • Ground floor: Living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (multifunction combined oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), separate toilet. • Floor: A master bedroom with a 140x190 bed, the children's room equipped with a bunk bed and a drawer bed (90x190), and the bathroom with bath and shower, towel dryer and hair dryer. Convenient amenities for a pleasant stay • Secure parking in the basement (numbered square, accessible with a Vigik badge). • WiFi • Baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair). • Games Pets are welcome as long as after your visit, no one can guess that there was an animal the previous stay. We're working hard to make sure your experience meets your expectations. Other things to note The end of stay cleaning is mandatory and is not included in the price (€70). However, the house must be maintained and returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Linen options: o Full linens (sheets, towels (2 per person), towels): €20 per person for the stay.
