Inside, the house stretches over 190m², providing ample space for up to thirteen guests with a simple yet comfortable decor. It features three handy bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and toilet, alongside five welcoming bedrooms to ensure everyone has their own private space. The layout includes three ground-floor bedrooms—two with double beds and one with three single sofa beds, while the first floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each offering a double and a single bed. The living area is complemented by a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for guests, alongside an open kitchen that’s well-equipped with essentials, including a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The outside space of the house is just as inviting, with a furnished terrace on the first floor providing captivating views of the olive groves and the distant sea. A garden complete with a grill and an outdoor shower adds to the outdoor living experience, and onsite parking is provided for convenience. Though the house comes without a TV, the enriching surroundings and the fireplace, available from November to March, more than make up for it. While final cleaning fees are waived off-season, a vehicle is recommended for exploring. The local village of Volissos, 2km away, offers shopping, evening taverna dining, and the unspoiled beach of Limnos, reachable via a short path, ensures a tranquil seaside experience.
