"L'ANAMOUR", pretty house 15 minutes from Reims

L'Anamour is a pretty stone house full of charm, located in the heart of the village of Magneux. A true haven of peace just 20 min drive from Reims. Its superb indoor pool heated in winter, and its exteriors including a large garden with its fruit trees will make you fully appreciate your stay. The bedrooms have quality bedding and storage. Possibility to put a baby bed in one of the bedrooms. Perfect for stays with family or friends. The space What makes Anamour unique is its authentic charm, it is in the heart of an old farmhouse that is located this pretty little stone house that is L 'anamour. Its superb and large swimming pool will make you crack, the atmosphere is relaxing, you can lounge on a sunbed and admire the pretty Anamour garden. The interior design of the house is also a beautiful asset of Anamour because it is neat and has been chosen with taste while respecting the authentic side of the old. L'Anamour is a cocoon where you can fully enjoy your stay. The most is its geographical location not far from Reims ( only 20 min by car) , the pool is heated in the winter. Perfect for your visits to champagne and its Champagne houses. The plus points of the house: Its bocce court is ideal from spring and for all summer with friends and family. Its stunning winter heated seawater pool with sunbeds and a small children's area with table and chairs . Shower on the pool grounds. The swimming pool is in an independent building next to the house. You have a few small meters to cross in the courtyard to access the pool building. Description: Bedrooms side: The house has three bedrooms all with quality bedding and storage. Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an umbrella bed. For the other two bedrooms, note that spaces don't lend themselves to being able to put more cribs. Kitchen side: A beautiful equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, range hood, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. Cooking tools, Pots, oven dish, cake pan and pie pan. Attention: Please note that the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher. It's a personal and eco-friendly choice on our part. But also this choice was made because too many times the dishwasher that we had made available in the house was clogged by misuse, resulting in a clogging of house evacuations and colossal work. So yes we made the decision to remove the dishwasher for all these reasons. Garden Attention: Please note that garden renovations will take place during winter and spring 2021. A green is scheduled for summer 2021. Bathroom side: large walk-in shower, towel dryer, storage space and toilet , bath towels are provided ( 1 large and one small per person). An enclosed bathroom on the ground floor as well. Living/dining side: A large, super comfy sofa where you can relax, read, a table or eat . Various games for kids, books, wifi. Pool access: The swimming pool is private and attached to the house. Access is from the house through the courtyard for a few meters to reach an independent building, fully closed and secured by locked windows. This setup can be seen in the listing photos. House History: Its construction can go back to the 14th or 15th century. Its Gothic ornamentation, especially the pilasters of the four monumental fireplaces that heated this house, clearly proves that it could not be built at a later time. "Rejuvenated house", it is an understatement under the pen of Abbé Valentin, because it seems to have suffered destruction and many changes. Some observations suggest that the house extended initially to the north; the wall that currently limits it seems to be a filling wall, with no opening, except for a recent door, or at least that there were outbuildings now missing. A stone fireplace base left on the floor has no other explanation, on the other hand the rabbets cut into the walls of the outbuilding still present, a stone threshold, still fixed door hinges suggest the existence of a closed passage that could only be explained by the presence of an opposite building, both of which must work as a stable and handing over cars, the two large entrances to the saved building suggest this last use. Guest access Access to the house is via smart lock. Swimming pool access: The swimming pool is private and attached to the house. Other things to note 🔹 Forgotten items – No liability & return procedure Please check the accommodation carefully before you check out. The host is in no way responsible for items forgotten by guests, nor for their safekeeping or return. There is no obligation on the host to return personal belongings. If you forget an item and want it to be returned to you, this is only possible according to availability and according to the following procedure: • Shipping costs at your expense, • Management fee: €45 (time, travel, packaging, package drop-off), • Sending only after written agreement and payment via Airbnb Resolution Center. Without agreement or payment, the item will be kept for 2 days, then thrown away or given to a local association. Thank you for your understanding. Important information – Pool maintenance To ensure that the water is always clean, safe, and of high quality throughout your stay, the pool is maintained weekly by a professional. According to the service schedule established with our pool technician, it is therefore possible that a service will take place during your stay. These are generally scheduled early in the morning, between 7 am and 8 am, in order to preserve your peace and quiet and limit any inconvenience as much as possible. Our pool technician works discreetly and only to perform the maintenance operations essential for the proper functioning of the pool. By booking our house, you agree to this one-time service, which is provided solely to ensure a perfectly maintained pool throughout your stay.
