What's more, if you need to get out and about, buses are located at the bottom of the building and the 1st tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, as is Nice city station in 10 minutes. All the streets around the building have free 24/24 and 7/4 parking spaces, and there is now also a public car park just 2 minutes' walk away: the “parking de la gare du sud”, where you will find a large, beautiful shopping hall with numerous shops, restaurants, sports hall and cinema. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, or a 5-minute bus or tram ride. A blue bike park is also available just below the building. City maps, bus and tram timetables and wifi connection codes will be left with you on arrival. For your peace of mind: we will give you a tube of hydoalcoholic gel and provide you with new washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish. When you leave: You can leave your keys in the flat or in the letterbox.
